About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF-30) modification to a federal solicitation for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division. The modification changes the solicitation from an unrestricted procurement to a small business set-aside, with a 100% small business requirement. Key changes include revising the acquisition set-aside from "No Preference" to "Small Business" and extending the response deadline from 21-Mar-2025 05:00 PM to 25-Mar-2025 02:30 PM.
The solicitation seeks specific Abaco Systems manufactured products, including an Industrial Forced Air Cooled Xeon E3-15 single board computer, a 6U VME Network Switch, and a VME P2 Paddle Card. The procurement will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures with a firm fixed price, and award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit quotes from authorized resellers with a Letter of Authorization. The anticipated award date is 20 April 2025, with proposals due by 21 March 2025.
