Gun Weapons System (GWS) Rapid Machining Multiple Award Indefinite . Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) Contract

UNCLASSIFIED 1
• Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Platform Integration Division (H40) supports multiple programs including the Battle Management System (BMS) and multiple US Marine Corps Programs.
• These programs require the manufacture, assembly, inspection, and acceptance of Gun Weapon Systems (GWS) components such as:
~ Ammunition Handling System (AHS)
- Weapon Mounts & Stands
- Electronics Racks
- Power Cabinets assemblies
- Piece parts and kitting of hardware materials
- Installation/maintenance kits

• All products and systems are custom built, with Government owned designs.
• Some systems will include the integration of custom designed and Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) parts, which are eventually rolled up into a Government owned system.
• The end products are Government owned, custom designed/built materials.
• The Contractor will receive a Technical Data Package (TDP) from the Government, which includes all design and fabrication specifications, mechanical drawings, and assembly procedures.
--- - . • The Contractor shall manufacture all parts within the TDP.
• The Contractor shall assemble those machined and manufactured parts.
• The Contractor shall adhere .to all tolerances and specifications given in the TDP.
• The Contractor shall deliver the assembled systems or components to
NSWCDD where the systems or components will be inspected and either integrated into a larger system, or delivered to the warfighter.

The awarded contract will be a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery .
Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract. The mandatory requirements are:
Requirement 1- Certifications The Contractor shall be certified with the latest versions of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 and Aerospace Quality Standard AS9100.
Requirement 2 - Facility Location
The Contractor's manufacturing facility supporting this requirement must be located within 650 miles of NSWCDD, Dahlgren, VA and must be located within the United States.
