About this file

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) for Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses. The solicitation (N0017425R0039) seeks to renew 200 existing Adobe Acrobat licenses and procure an additional 400 licenses to be used on the Unclassified Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Network. The licenses will enable users to create, edit, share, scan, and sign digital documents for RDT&E and administrative efforts.

The RFP is structured as a one-year firm-fixed-price contract with no onsite work required. Questions must be submitted by February 14, 2025, to Christina Simpson (christina.e.simpson.civ@us.navy.mil). The procurement is unrestricted (full and open competition) and will be awarded based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Vendors must have an active CAGE code in SAM and Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) capability. The contract will be awarded based on availability of funds, with quotes not to exceed $250,000 (Simplified Acquisition Threshold). No security clearance is required as there will be no onsite visits necessary.
