About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for the production of 57MM High Explosive - Point Detonating Cartridges. The amendment implements a new clause prohibiting the use of ByteDance covered applications due to recent federal legislation. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division seeks potential offerors to produce 57MM HE-PD Cartridges, including all components, loading, assembly and packing, and acceptance testing for a five-year, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. The cartridges are used in 57mm MK 110 Gun Mounts and consist of a high explosive projectile, brass cartridge case loaded with propellant charge, and an electric primer. The amendment extends the response deadline and implements the new prohibition on ByteDance covered applications clause.
