SUMMARY OF CHANGES (REVISED)

SUMMARY OF CHANGES

The purpose of this amendment is to 1) answer questions received in response to the solicitation issuance as follows:

1. Questions submitted in response to the solicitation issuance, as well as answers to those questions, are as follows:

Question 1: Is the Contractor responsible for making 5 Tensile Test Samples, testing all 5 FAT Tensile Test Samples per note 12, and submitting 5 Test Reports only? Or, is the Contractor responsible for making 5 Tensile Test Samples, testing all 5 FAT Tensile Test Samples per note 12, and submitting 5 Test Reports and submitting in addition to the reports, 5 extra FAT Tensile Test Samples for the government to conduct their own testing? Also, for production, is the Contractor responsible for making 5 Tensile Test Samples, testing all 5 Production Lot Tensile Test Samples per note 12, and submitting 5 Test Reports and submitting in addition to the reports, 5 extra Production Lot Tensile Test Samples for the government to conduct their own testing?

Answer 1: The Government does not need to perform the tensile test specimen. The Government requests the contractor perform the 5 tensile tests and draft a single report detailing the test results of all 5 parts for FAT. The Government requests the contractor to perform only one (1) production tensile test per production lot batch quantity based on the heat treatment batch size. This is for Machining the nozzle only.

2. All other terms remain unchanged.
