PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS

Unless otherwise indicated, all personnel with access to unclassified Information systems require, at minimum, a Final Secret Clearance.

1. Senior Computer Systems Engineer (Key Personnel) EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent EXPERIENCE: At least 10 years' experience as a System Engineer, Systems Administrator, Security Administrator/Analyst and Information Assurance.

CERTIFICATIONS/TRAINING: DOD 8570.1 Level IAMIII and Level IASAEII. (CISSP Perfered)

· At least 10 years’ experience leading teams to build, test and operate IT systems.

· At least 10 years designing and delivering secure networks that earn U.S. Government accreditations PL/1 to PL/5 , DICAP as well as DCID 6/3 networks.

· At least 10 years experience in project security reviews and audits, and periodic security assessments and penetration testing of project resources.

· At least 10 years experience in engineering and deploying DCID 6/3, IC 503, DIACAP and DISA security accreditation guide and policies for Windows systems and networks

· At least 5 years of experience as Program Manager.

2. Mid-Level Computer System Specialist (Key Personnel)

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent

EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years experience as a Network Systems Administer

CERTIFICATION/TRAINING: DOD 8570.1 Level IAT II (CASP Perferred), GIAC Unix Security Certification.

· At least 5 years experience managing networks with Solaris, IRIX, Windows and Linux Operating Systems

· At least 5 years experience performing security configuration and management of MS windows using group policies and registry as well as Windows firewalls.

· At least 5 years experience configuring and managing Microsoft WSUS server and MECM for Patch management of classified and unclassified systems

· At least 5 years experience performing DOD IAVA/B monitoring and reporting.

· At least 5 years experience setting up and configuring security features of UNIX, Window Servers and networking hardware using DOD STIGS, SCAP, Vulnerator and other tools

· Experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting BitLocker, LUKS and Winmagic Secure Doc for encrypting Macs, Windows and Linux systems

· Experience with installing and configuring MS SharePoint and MS Project Server.

· Experience with Belmanage/Belsecure and Centrify software.

· Training and/or Working Knowledge of the follow OS: Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, Windows 7, Windows 10 (Secure Host Baseline)

3. System Administrator EDUATION: Associate degree of Applied Science Information Systems Management, or Equivalent

EXPERIENCE: At least two years’ experience in managing classified and unclassified PCs and Network Servers.

RECOMMENDED CERTIFICATION/TRAINING: CompTIA SECURITY+ 8570 COMPLIANT, DOD 8570.1 Level IAT II

· Experience with troubleshooting of installed/modified hardware to ensure proper system functionality

· Experience with developing procedures and documentation for managing, deploying and implementing multiple baseline hardware/images and software packages,

· Training and/or Working Knowledge of the follow OS: Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, Windows 7, Windows 10 (Secure Host Baseline)

· Perform duties related to Cybersecurity Testing, Evaluation, Validation and Verification of traditional and non-traditional information systems.

· Conduct Cybersecurity test plans for security testing of DoD/DoN information systems in the unclassified and classified domains IAW National and DOD requirements.

· Support the technical areas within information security work related to Cybersecurity.

· Experience with Belmanage/Belsecure and Centrify software.

· Experience with the follow OS: Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, Windows 7, Windows 10 (Secure Host Baseline)

· Configuring and managing Microsoft WSUS server and MECM for Patch management of classified and unclassified systems

· Configuring and managing managed switches.
