Amendment 0001

Questions and Answers

Q1. CLIN 0003 “Max Quantity” is 2 for “Fabrication, Assembly, and Delivery of High-Gain-Roll-Pitch

Antenna System” and consists of 5 SubCLINs. What quantities should be priced for each of the

SubCLINs? We assume that a single CDR will suffice for both High-Gain-Roll-Pitch Antenna Systems.

Is full Factory Acceptance Testing and MIL-STD-461F Testing required on both systems?

A1. Each SubCLIN should be priced individually. A CDR and MIL-STD461F testing will be required for both systems.

Q2. CLIN 0006 “Max Quantity” is 2 for “Fabrication, Assembly, and Delivery of Spare Antenna System

Pedestal” and consists of 4 SubCLINs. What quantities should be priced for each of the SubCLINs? Is full Factory Acceptance Testing and MIL-STD-461F Testing required on both Spare Pedestals?

A2. Each SubCLIN should be priced individually. A CDR and MIL-STD461F testing will be required for both systems.

Q3. CLINs 0003, 0004, 0005, 0006 - Please clarify the delivery schedules for the associated SubCLINs.

We understand that Factory Acceptance Testing and MIL-STD-461F Testing may be done at the same time. However, it appears that as stated, Fabrication and Assembly occurs at the same time as Factory

Acceptance Testing and MIL-STD-461F Testing (36 weeks after effective date of delivery order).

A3. Fabrication and Assembly is and the FAT testing are required to be completed NLT 36 weeks from award of the order for the respective system.

Q4. Is a single delivery order anticipated for each CLIN that authorizes and funds all SubCLINs under that CLIN, or is a single delivery order anticipated for each SubCLIN?

A4. A single delivery order will be issued for each CLIN and will include all SubCLINs.

Q5. Is there a Page Limit for Volume I, Volume II, or Volume III?

A5. No.

Q6. Reference Section L, L-10, PROPOSAL FORMAT – (near bottom of page 69). A vendor requests to submitting our Excel spreadsheets in Microsoft Office 2010. Please advise if this is acceptable?

A6. No. All Offerors shall propose in accordance with Section L-10.

Q7. Has a program award date been established?

A7. The Government anticipates award before September 30, 2013.
