About this file
This document contains Minimum Specifications for an IMTEK Cryogenics CNP60 Liquid Nitrogen Generator or equivalent. The specifications detail requirements for a liquid nitrogen generation system for Code 617, with key technical specifications including the ability to produce a minimum of 60 L of high-purity liquid nitrogen per day, internally store up to 120 L, and include features such as an oxygen sensor, closed-loop water cooling system, and a 6-inch color graphic touch screen. The system must have a nitrogen generator with ≥99% purity, operate in ambient temperatures of +5°C to +40°C, and meet specific CE and ISO standards.
The system is part of Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division's (NSWCCD) small business set-aside solicitation (N0016725Q1034) for a firm fixed-price purchase order. The procurement will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. Critical dates include a question submission deadline of April 23, 2025, at 12 PM EST, with quote packages due by April 30, 2025, at 12 PM EST. Quotes must be submitted via email to michael.s.brodie7.civ@us.navy.mil and include company details, point of contact information, CAGE code, and SAM UEI number.

Minimum Specifications Brand Name or Equal to IMTEK Cryogenics CNP60 Liquid Nitrogen
1.0 Background and Objectives
The objective of this contract is to procure an IMTEK Cryogenics CNP60 or Equal Liquid Nitrogen Generator with a CNP60 Chiller and Oxygen Sensor for Code 617 to be able to produce liquid nitrogen and replenish the storage of empty tanks.
2.0 Minimum Requirements
IMTEK Cryogenics CNP60 Liquid Nitrogen Generator or Equal shall:
• Produces high purity liquid nitrogen
• Produce a minimum of 60 L per day
• Internally store up to 120 L
• Possess a connection for a transfer hose to fill external tanks
• Dimensions fit within a maximum W x L x H of 3ft x 5ft x 5ft
• Have an internal, oil-free, air compressor with an optional external compressor
• Compressed air requirement: ≥ 7 L/hr at 10 bar (147 psig)
• Come with a closed loop water cooling system to maintain proper working temperature that is a maximum of 5ft x 2ft x 3ft (L x W x H).
• Compressor: He, 99.999% purity at 15-15.3 bar (220-225 psig)
• Include a built in Oxygen Sensor to read content and ensure substance consistency
• The equipment can be self-installed and is user-friendly.
