SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION SF 1449 - CONTINUATION SHEET

The following have been added by full text:

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

QUESTION 1:

Do you have the square footage of each building?

ANSWER:

There is no specified square footage because each call is dependent on the space/s to be cleaned, and will specified in the SOW/PWS when requested (see attachment 1 of solicitation for sample Call/Exhibit)

QUESTION 2:

How long is the entire contract?

A 5- year BPA is anticipated

QUESTION 3:

What’s the turn-around time for service?

Section 3.4 of the PWS states “The contractor shall respond to service requests within 24 hours of NTP by the

PCO”

QUESTION 4:

I was wondering if the Government had a specific template to use for Past Performance References and PPQs under

Factor 3?

Please see attachment (2).

QUESTION 5:

After the initial response within 24 hours how long before services are required to be performed?

There will be a period of performance of two weeks, starting no more than one day after issuance of the Call.

QUESTION 6:

The SOW lists the place of performance as Bethesda, MD. However, the SF 1449 lists the following sites:

Bethesda, MD

Olney, MD

Philadelphia, PA

Norfolk, VA

Little Creek, VA

Chesapeake Beach, VA

Bangor, WA

Bayview, ID

San Diego, CA

Dania Beach, FL

Titusville, FL

Memphis, TN

Will the government award more than one BPA and will you award based upon geographical locations of the contractor?

The Statement of Work (SOW) for Cleaning Support Services (Attachment 1 – Sample Order) in question is only an example of what a Call might look like and is not the BPA SOW, and it is anticipated to award one BPA total.

QUESTION 7:

Will other services be included such as decontaminating vehicles?

Only the services requested in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and sample SOW will be required.

QUESTION 8:

Statement of Work Paragraph 4.6 Contaminated areas. Your description requires that the contractor seal off the contaminated areas one day prior to decontamination. This will require additional expenses to include labor and supplies. Are you going to include another CLIN for this service (pre decontamination services)?

Only the CLIN listed (0001) will be used, and all expenses must be included in the square foot pricing.

QUESTION 9:

What is the square footage of each of area of the buildings to be clean? Can you supply floorplans?

The square footage of the space/s will be dependent on the spaces/s identified for cleaning and will be annotated on the Call SOW/PWS at that time. See attachment (Sample Order) Section 3.0.

QUESTION 10:

How many floors are in each building to be serviced and does it include elevators?

The space/s will be identified for cleaning and will be annotated on the Call SOW/PWS at that time. See attachment

(Sample Order) Section 3.0.

The flooring of the space/s are unknown until identified for cleaning at the time of Call.
