Specifications
1. Deposit multiple colors with a switchover time < 8 hours
2. Easy to fill / clean holding device for soldermask while in the machine
3. Can deposit between 0.5 and 3 mils of soldermask
4. Line width minimum of at least 4 mils
5. A computer to view / edit data
6. Data needs to be input to the machine via CD
7. Machine shall run without internet connectivity
8. Machine shall be compatible with Taiyo inkjet soldermask (or other commonly available soldermask that meets IPC-SM-840)
9. Machine shall run on 100-130 V, 200-240 V, or 480 V power
10. Training and installation of the soldermask direct printing system
11. Printing will fit on Printed Circuit Board size is 12” x 18” to 18” x 24”
12. Printing will fit onto a Printed Circuit Board with a maximum thickness of up to 250 mils
