About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423-1) for a federal contract involving a system with the item number 4T-1355-00-433-3214-TA68. The document outlines five distinct data items that the contractor must submit: (1) Test Procedure, (2) Test/Inspection Report, (3) Failure Analysis/Corrective Action Report, (4) Contractor's Progress, Status and Management Report, and (5) Certificate of Compliance. The contract requires detailed reporting on production lot quality, testing procedures, potential failures, monthly progress updates, and compliance certifications.
The primary federal agencies involved are NAVSUP WSS Contracting Officer, NAVSUP ALC, and NUWC-Keyport. Key submission requirements include a preliminary test procedure within 60 days after contract award, monthly progress reports by the 5th day of each month, and certificates of compliance with each delivery. The documents emphasize quality control, adherence to specifications, and rigorous documentation of production processes, with distribution limited to DoD and U.S. DoD contractors due to critical technology and export control considerations.
