This is a questions and answers document containing 218 technical questions and government responses related to solicitation N00024-25-R-4421 for the USS THE SULLIVANS (DDG 68) FY25 Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA).
The Q&A addresses various technical specifications, work items, drawings, references, and requirements including clarifications on tank repairs, structural work, equipment installations, preservation requirements, temporary services, and government furnished material. Key clarifications include: the cancellation of work item 992-11-010 for heavy weather preparations, updates to government furnished material listings in Attachment J-8, changes to out-of-homeport work items, corrections to technical manual references, and modifications to required report submissions. The government declined requests for additional proposal extensions beyond the previously granted 7-day extension. Multiple questions sought clarification on reference revisions, material specifications, and work item requirements which were addressed through upcoming errata changes.
