About this file
This document is an Industry Day presentation for the Diving & Diving Related Services (D&DRS) follow-on contract issued by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Supervisor of Salvage and Diving (SUPSALV).
The presentation provides an overview of the D&DRS program, which supports SUPSALV's mission areas of diving, salvage, and underwater ship repairs. It covers the technical requirements for air, mixed gas, and saturation diving services, as well as underwater ship husbandry work. Key contract details include a 5-year ordering period, a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract structure with Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF) and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract line items, and a Best Value Trade-Off source selection. The solicitation is planned for release in the 2nd quarter of Fiscal Year 2025, with a contract award targeted for the 2nd quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. The presentation requests industry feedback on the appropriateness of the NAICS code selection.
