About this file

This document provides an overview of a federal contract opportunity to acquire up to five used offshore supply vessels for conversion into Pacific training support vessels. The Navy intends to award a contract in fiscal year 2024 for one vessel plus an option, and another contract in fiscal year 2026 for one vessel plus two options. Offerors must be U.S. shipyards and may use teaming arrangements. Proposals will be evaluated on criteria such as vessel age and condition. Vessels must be between 230-250 feet long and undergo modifications to accommodate berthing, a deck crane, mission spaces for C5I systems and training operations, and painting in haze gray. The Navy will install C5I government furnished equipment post delivery. Deliveries will be to San Diego, California.
