About this file
This document contains responses to questions from offerors regarding a federal solicitation for the AN/BQS-25 Lightweight Low Cost Conformal Array. The solicitation issued by the Naval Sea Systems Command seeks production of hull array components with an expected start of production 15 months after contract award. Delivery schedules in the solicitation were updated in responses to questions. Initial units under several contract line items will be delivered 15 months after award with subsequent units delivered at 4 month intervals. Delivery dates under other contract line items were revised to commence 12 months after option exercise. Quantities and delivery cadences were defined for contract line items where delivery dates were previously unspecified. Clarification was also provided regarding expectations for delivery of test equipment.

9 N00024-20-R-6113 123 Section L
RFP Section L 1.4.1, p. 123, 2nd paragraph states: “Any type contained within tables, graphs, etc. shall not be smaller than 8-point Times New
Roman font”. All of our existing graphics use Arial 8-point font that is much more legible. Our intent is to not recreate these graphics with New Times
Roman font in order to save time and money, while also ensuring that they are as legible as possible for the government reviewers. Is this approach acceptable?
Change statement to: “Any type contained within tables, graphs, etc. shall not be smaller than 8-point Times New Roman or Arial font.”
Concur. The RFP will be updated to reflect “Any type contained within tables, graphs, etc. shall not be smaller than 8-point Times New Roman or Arial font.”
