9 N00024-20-R-6113 123 Section L

RFP Section L 1.4.1, p. 123, 2nd paragraph states: “Any type contained within tables, graphs, etc. shall not be smaller than 8-point Times New Roman font”.

All of our existing graphics use Arial 8-point font that is much more legible.

Our intent is to not recreate these graphics with New Times Roman font in order to save time and money, while also ensuring that they are as legible as possible for the government reviewers. Is this approach acceptable?

Change statement to: “Any type contained within tables, graphs, etc. shall not be smaller than

8-point Times New Roman or Arial font.”

Concur. The RFP will be updated to reflect “Any type contained within tables, graphs, etc. shall not be smaller than 8-point Times New Roman or Arial font.”
