| 7 | RFP | Section F | Page 329, Section 2.5 states that the proposal shall be valid for 270 days. From this, one can infer that the contract could be awarded as late as July 2019. The first deliveries of Mechanical Module Kits (CLIN 1500, CLINs 1001-1002) are due in August and October 2020, respectively. This is a 13-15 month lead-time. Given all options for similar equipment state an 18 MAOE, would the Government consider extending the same lead-time for the base award? | No, the delivery dates for CLINs 1001-1002, and 1500 are required as stated in the RFP. | |
| 8 | Attachment 2 - SOW | Page 21, Section 19.3 | Section 19.3 states: "the integrated Master Schedule shall include subcontractor and tier one, two & three vendor schedules." It is assumed this will apply after contract award and this level of detail is not required for the IMS submitted with the proposal. Is this a correct assumption? | No, the assumption is incorrect. The detailed IMS is required with the proposal submittal. | |
| 9 | Attachment 2 - SOW | Page 12, Section 8.0 | Section 8.0 states: "the Government shall have the right to perform physical configuration audits in addition to those defined in paragraph 4.4." Paragraph 4.4 (Page 5) is described as an "Option Item, If Exercised." It is assumed the PCAs described in Section 8.0 are options as well. Is this a correct assumption? | No, the PCAs described in Section 8.0 are not options. | |
