About this file

This document is a Pre-Solicitation for the refurbishment and replacement of the parking lot, gutters, curbs, and sidewalks at the Myrtle Beach Air Traffic Control Tower (MYR ATCT) operated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The FAA is conducting a market survey to identify interested vendors, including service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB) and 8(a) certified small businesses, to assist with acquisition planning. The work includes adding/extending asphalt, raising manholes, replacing parking lot light poles, removing vegetation and installing geotextile and stone, and replacing/adding concrete. The FAA has not yet determined the nature of the competition, which may be a full and open competition or a set-aside for small businesses. Interested vendors are required to submit a capability statement, point of contact information, and SBA certification if applicable, by September 27, 2023. The FAA will use the responses to this market survey to inform the procurement strategy.
