About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the modernization of the static displays in the Bldg. 1000 atrium at USSTRATCOM, Offutt AFB, NE. The Government requires the Contractor to replace existing vinyl wallpapers and acrylic graphics with updated images, acrylic pictures, and acrylic captions to provide a clearer and more comprehensive representation of USSTRATCOM's history and role in strategic deterrence. The Contractor will be responsible for removing existing displays, repairing walls, installing new vinyl wall decals, acrylic pictures, and supplying acrylic captions across several locations in the museum space. The period of performance is 4 months after contract award, with the Contractor required to provide weekly status reports and attend progress meetings. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract for this work.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Sources Sought notice for the STRATCOM Museum 2.0 project, seeking interested vendors to revamp the museum atrium as outlined in the attached PWS. The Government is conducting market research to identify if there are capable vendors, including small businesses, that can accomplish the work. Interested parties are requested to submit an email response providing their socioeconomic status, interest in a potential future quote, and a capabilities statement addressing the requirements in the PWS.
