The PWS outlines the requirements for the contractor to provide 25 digital video exhibits, 8 silent videos of 2-3 minutes each and 17 videos of 1-2 minutes each, covering the history of USSTRATCOM and its predecessor organizations. The period of performance is 12 months after contract award. The contractor must coordinate with the USSTRATCOM History Office to verify content and obtain approval of the final video products. The PWS also includes details on deliverables, data rights, quality control, and government-furnished resources.

The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice from the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command, seeking interested vendors for the Museum 2.0 project. The government is conducting market research to identify capable vendors, including small businesses, to potentially accomplish the work outlined in the PWS. Interested parties are requested to submit information on their socioeconomic status, capabilities, and interest in providing a quote for the future solicitation.
