About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment for Master Blanket Purchase Order No. 22-FLEET-01813, involving Municipal Emergency Services as the Contractor and the State of New Jersey's Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property. The amendment incorporates Periscope Holdings, Inc. as the state's eProcurement system vendor, enabling counties, municipalities, and public school districts to search and purchase from supplier catalogs through the Marketplace.
The contract pertains to Law Enforcement Firearms Equipment and Supplies, with key modifications including a 1% Supplier Convenience Fee on all net purchases by Cooperative Purchasing Program Participants, which must be remitted quarterly to Periscope Holdings. The contractor is required to upload their catalog within 30 calendar days, submit quarterly sales reports documenting all sales, and remit fees via ACH transactions. The amendment allows for potential audits of sales records, with provisions for reimbursement if underpayments exceed 5%. The contract maintains all previous terms and conditions of the original Blanket Purchase Order not specifically altered by this amendment.
