About this file
This is a Long Term Contract Market Research Questionnaire from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime requesting supplier feedback on an anticipated Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC/LTC) for NSN 5965014441216 (Adapter, Headset). The questionnaire was issued on February 23, 2026, with responses due by February 27, 2026 (5 business days). DLA is evaluating contract structure preferences and supplier capabilities to inform a future solicitation for this single line item.
The questionnaire addresses four primary areas: company size and small business status classification; contract terms including base period length (DLA is considering a three-year base with one-year option periods), pricing adjustment mechanisms (fixed annual adjustments or Economic Price Adjustment based on Producer Price Index), and the number of acceptable option periods; certified cost or pricing data requirements for contracts exceeding $2,000,000; and commerciality status of the item. Suppliers are asked to identify the primary cost drivers in the product's pricing and indicate their willingness and ability to provide supporting documentation such as commercial sales history, catalogs, price lists, drawings, and GSA Advantage contract information. Responses should be submitted to Brandy.Warner@dla.mil. The resulting contract is projected to range from 3 to 5 years in total length.
