About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) issued by the 633d Security Forces Squadron at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, describing the requirements for a new dispatch console and deskset communication system for their Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC).
The key objectives are to acquire an intelligent dispatch console and communication solution that provides seamless IP-based connectivity, a flexible and scalable architecture, and centralized console management functionalities. The system must meet stringent industry performance standards and incorporate redundancy and contingency features tailored to the 633d Security Forces Squadron's operational requirements. The SOW outlines three specific tasks: 1) Install two MCC 7500E Console Operator dispatch positions with associated equipment, 2) Install two MCD 5000 Desksets with a new consolette antenna system, and 3) Provide additional hardware and software components, including a TAA-compliant site router and switch, licenses, training, and a one-year warranty. This SOW is related to a pre-solicitation notice (Solicitation Number FA4800-24-Q-A057) issued by the Department of the Air Force's Air Combat Command, seeking potential suppliers for this requirement.
