The RFQ outlines the pricing and warranty terms. All quoted prices must be valid for 30 days and include shipping and handling. Price increases will not be accepted, and the agency is guaranteed the lowest available price. The purchased motor must carry a minimum 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. The agreement is contingent upon the availability of sufficient funds, and the agency or the vendor may terminate or suspend the agreement if funding is not available.
