About this file
This document is an Amendment #2 to the Invitation for Bid (IFB) MMD 23-023 issued by the Maryland Military Department (MMD) for the Maryland ANG Warfield Base Building 2070 Hangar Door Repairs. The amendment provides updated details on an additional site visit scheduled for November 10, 2022, a revised bid due date of November 19, 2022, and changes to the scope of work, including the addition of an optional door movement alarm system requirement. The contract will begin in November 2022 upon award.
The solicitation seeks bids from contractors to provide all labor, materials, and supplies necessary to perform repairs to the hangar door system at the ANG Warfield Base in Middle River, Maryland. The basis of award will be the lowest responsive bid price submitted by a responsible contractor. The solicitation indicates that the contract may be designated as a Small Business Reserve, but this has not yet been determined. Bidders are instructed to provide pricing for the required hangar door repairs as well as the optional door movement alarm system.
