Project Description:

Site visit to Building 2070 to view existing hangar door system.
Item 2: Questions Submitted per Solicitation Documents
1. Project time line is not accurate for this type of work. It will take 6-8 weeks to get materials on site and another 3-4 weeks to get the materials installed.
A – The project time line has been updated.
MIL 23-015 Amendment 1 dated 09.21.2022
2. We wanted to confirm that the multiconductor system has continuous conductor. There are products out there that you can snap together where the conductors have breaks at every joint. That’s a very cheap system and will not work on the hangar doors.
A – The Scope of Work has been updated.
Item 3: Changes/Additions to the Solicitation Documents

The awarded Contractor is expected to complete the Contract as timely as possible, regardless of the length of time allowed for completion. If it is determined that additional time is needed for the completion, the Department may exercise a unilateral option for an additional three (3) months at no additional cost to the Department.
