About this file

This is a Minimum Requirements Addendum for a contract opportunity issued by Colorado Parks and Wildlife under GovTribe ID 077bc4c1644c2f272974809eaf3a95dd. The contract, identified as PMAA 2015001355, requires the contractor to provide watercraft inspection and decontamination services. Prospective bidders must meet three core qualifications prior to contract execution: possession of a Stage II watercraft inspection and decontamination certification from Colorado Parks and Wildlife for a minimum of two years, maintenance of good to excellent quality control ratings from Colorado Parks and Wildlife for the past two years, and the availability of a full-time supervisor to be onsite at any time the stations are open and operational.

The addendum establishes mandatory staffing and operational requirements to ensure service continuity and quality standards. The emphasis on a full-time onsite supervisor indicates the critical nature of maintaining operational presence across all station hours, while the requirement for two years of prior certification and quality ratings demonstrates Colorado Parks and Wildlife's commitment to selecting experienced, proven contractors capable of delivering consistent service quality.
