About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IL EPA) for the purchase of two 6890 Micro Electron Capture Detectors (ECDs) with EPC and digital controls for all detector gases, along with related components and disposal services. The RFQ specifies the minimum technical requirements for the items, and requires vendors to submit quotes by June 11th at 5 pm CST. The RFQ states that the winning vendor will be selected based on the lowest total bid for all products and services. It also outlines the warranty requirements, delivery timeframe, and terms related to pricing, such as the requirement that all prices must include shipping and handling, and that no price increases will be accepted.

The RFQ indicates that this procurement is related to a state and local contract opportunity for an AS4 Mini auto sampler GPC Module, which is being managed by the State of Illinois. The document does not provide additional details about that contract opportunity beyond the name and ID.
