About this file

This document is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) issued by the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) for an Agency Clothing Program. MEMA is seeking quotes from vendors on the CLT08 Clothing, Uniforms, Footwear, Accessories, Personal Care Products, and Bedding state contract to provide uniforms for their Agency Clothing Program. MEMA seeks to work with one to two vendors to provide all of MEMA's clothing needs to ensure consistency throughout the Agency. The RFQ provides details on the required uniform items, sizes, embroidery, and screen printing. The RFQ states that responses must be submitted through COMMBUYS by February 20, 2023, at 12:00 PM, and a conditional award notification is expected on February 27, 2023, with an estimated contract start date of March 1, 2023. The initial contract duration is two years with no renewal options.

The RFQ indicates that the anticipated annual spending is $5,000, and all orders will be issued under separate Purchase Orders. The procurement is subject to the Massachusetts Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP), and MEMA intends to award the contract to an SBPP-participating business if one meets the evaluation criteria. If no SBPP business meets the criteria, a large business may be awarded.
