About this file

This document is a Price Sheet for the MED52 Influenza Vaccine Procurement, a state contract opportunity issued by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) Immunization Program. The contract seeks to procure quadrivalent influenza vaccines for the 2018-2019 flu season across 10 line items, including single-dose prefilled syringes, multi-dose vials, and other formulations, with total estimated requirements ranging from 10,000 to 150,000 doses. Bidders must submit pricing and product details such as NDC numbers, brand names, manufacturers, and delivery schedules. The MDPH Immunization Program may choose not to purchase doses under this contract, but other state agencies, cities, and towns will be able to do so for their own use.

The pricing bid will be fixed for the life of the contract. Bidders may offer the same vaccine across multiple line items, but must enter the same price for each. The MDPH Immunization Program will not resell the purchased doses. Influenza vaccines must be recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) for the 2018-2019 season prior to sale under this contract.
