About this file
The Document Access Agreement and Request Form is a pre-solicitation document for the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) Southeast Radar Request for Information (RFI), solicitation number MDA25SNRFI04. This form enables potential contractors to request access to classified Government Furnished Information (GFI) related to the RFI. Companies must complete three sections: company information, classified receiving information, and access stipulations, with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) signing to agree to specific pre-award conditions such as protecting classified information, complying with export control requirements, and destroying materials if not selected for contract award.
The accompanying RFI seeks market research for a multi-mission radar system designed to provide 200 degrees of persistent coverage supporting ballistic missile and hypersonic threat engagements while conducting Space Domain Awareness. The radar is targeted for initial operational capability by Calendar Year 2028 with final capabilities by CY2031. Respondents are invited to submit up to 15 pages of unclassified information (or 5 pages of classified information) addressing technical capabilities, manufacturing potential, scheduling, modeling and simulation approaches, facility construction requirements, and potential cost reduction strategies. Responses are due by close of business on August 13, 2025, and will be reviewed by government and contractor personnel who have signed non-disclosure agreements.
