About this file
This is a Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Mobile Command and Control Systems (MC2S) Branch to conduct market research for acquiring and sustaining mobile Command and Control systems for the U.S. Air Force and Department of Defense.
The RFI seeks information from potential contractors regarding their capabilities in five primary areas: mission-specific capabilities for designing, integrating, producing, and sustaining mobile C2 systems-of-systems; system sustainment including periodic depot maintenance, field-level repairs, training development, and technical documentation; facility and security qualifications including cleared facility levels, networks, secure communications, and Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) facility experience; and classified contract performance history. Respondents must provide general company information including company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code, NAICS codes, business size designation, and facility clearance level. Specific technical areas of interest include system engineering and systems-of-systems integration, EMP hardening per MIL-STD-188-125, mobile and transportable power generation and HVAC systems, water purification systems, satellite communications (commercial and military), radio systems (RF/HF/UHF), and secure communications capabilities. A classified Industry Day is notionally planned for mid-July at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, Massachusetts, with one-on-one session opportunities. Responses should not exceed 20 pages of original text or 20 pages of organizational materials, may be submitted in classified or unclassified format, and should identify any proprietary information for protection under applicable government regulations.
