About this file

This document is a Supplier Punchout Questionnaire for RFP 113-23, Tools and Related Attachments/Accessories, issued by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA). The questionnaire requests information from suppliers on their application platform, current customers, browser compatibility, system maintenance schedules, support capabilities, and ability to host a limited catalog specific to the MBTA. The MBTA will be using Direct Connect cXML exclusively for this procurement. Suppliers are required to provide a list of all category codes and units of measure in their catalog, as well as the URLs for their test and production environments, and passwords for the MBTA/CAM Office Supplies common user accounts.

The pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding requirements, and other salient details are not provided in this document. It focuses solely on the technical requirements and capabilities of the supplier's punchout solution.
