About this file
This is a bid schedule form for the Maxie Circle Drainage Tree Cutting Project. The project consists of two bid items: mobilization with a 10% limit (Item 1) and tree cutting services for approximately 2.5 acres (Item 2). No specific dates or term lengths are provided in the document.
The pricing structure requires bidders to submit unit pricing for tree cutting on a per-acre basis, while mobilization is priced as a lump sum. A bid bond is required for all bids of $100,000 or more. Payment will be based on actual units used and verified in the field. The total bid price, comprising Items 1 and 2, will be used to determine the contract award value and establish performance and payment bond amounts. The document emphasizes that unit prices will govern in cases of extension errors.

"The Total Bid Price will be utilized for determining the amount of bid, to establish a contract award value, and to determine the performance and payment bond amounts for the successful Bidder. Each Bidder must submit a bid bond for all bids of $100,000 or more. Payment will be made on actual units used and verified in the field. Correct pricing is extremely important and price should be double checked before submitting a bid. In the case of errors in the extension of prices, the unit price shall govern."
