About this file
This is a Technical Documents Checklist (Attachment 8) for vendors to complete when submitting quotes for furnishings at Vicenza-Villagio Phase 1. The checklist requires vendors to confirm compliance with environmental certificates, warranties, GSA testing requirements, and proper organization of technical documentation according to Furniture Item Descriptions (FID). For housing furnishings, vendors must demonstrate compliance with Department of Army UH Furnishings Program specifications and provide GSA-approved documentation for wood casegoods, beds, and metal casegoods.
The associated solicitation (W912DY25Q0052) from the US Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville Center seeks quotes for appliances for USAG Vicenza AFH Villagio Phase 1. Quotes are due by 11:00 AM Central Time on March 27, 2025, with questions due by March 4, 2025. Vendors must submit quotes via email to specified addresses with required documentation including SF1449, Excel version of Attachment 1, Word version of Attachment 8, and technical data sheets for each quoted item. Quotes must be valid for 120 days, and vendors are encouraged to use the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) platform for submission.
