The DOC is requesting information on different models of time clocks and their capabilities, any associated cloud-based software with offsite data access, the ability to interface with the DOC's HR software, and the associated costs for hardware, software, and any other related expenses. Responses to this RFI are due by 5 P.M. on Monday, April 12th, 2021, and can be submitted via email or through the Commbuys platform. The DOC reserves the right to accept or reject any information provided in response to this RFI, and responses will not be binding or confer any advantage in any subsequent procurement.
The RFI indicates that information provided in response and identified as trade secrets or commercial/financial information will be kept confidential, but this exemption may not apply to any submissions in a future procurement process. The DOC is seeking to modernize its time keeping solutions across its correctional facilities and is open to exploring various options to improve functionality and integrate with its existing HR systems.
