About this file
This document is a specification sheet for the Maryland State Board of Elections regarding tamper evident labels required for the 2026 Primary Election. The procurement involves 388 rolls of tamper evident labels, each containing 1,000 labels, in red and blue colors for distribution to local boards of elections and the State Board of Elections according to a specified delivery table. The labels must be delivered by December 19th, 2025, and are intended for use in securing election materials and equipment.
The specification emphasizes that the tamper evident labels must maintain strong adhesive bonds to prevent disengagement from surfaces during handling and use, while simultaneously ensuring that no residue remains on election machinery or equipment after removal. This dual requirement necessitates careful selection of tape adhesive formulations that balance security with clean removal properties. No specific pricing information, set-asides, or incumbent vendor details are provided in this specification document.
