About this file
This is a Market Survey Announcement issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in July 2026 regarding real estate market data services. The FAA seeks to gather industry interest and capabilities to support its procurement strategy for property and real estate market data that will assist in managing its several thousand real estate leases across the United States and territories for office and industrial properties. The incumbent contractor is ATTOM Data Solutions, LLC, performing under contract 692M15-22-P-00003. The anticipated contract structure is a five-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award with one base year plus four option years, with work to be performed at vendor facilities. The applicable NAICS code is 519290 (Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services) with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The acquisition strategy has not been finalized but may be structured as either an unrestricted or set-aside competition, and all business sizes are encouraged to respond.
Interested vendors must submit a capability statement by Friday, September 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET to Jennifer Biderman (Jennifer.E.Biderman@faa.gov) and Kathryn Scott (Kathryn.Scott@faa.gov). Responses must not exceed five pages in 12-point font using Microsoft Office or Adobe PDF format, with individual email messages limited to 10 MB. Required submission content includes company and contact information, current facility clearance level, capabilities statement, software/SaaS terms and conditions, commercial price lists, GSA or government contract pricing, examples of previous work relating to FAA objectives, and small and disadvantaged business socio-economic categorization. Vendors must also provide feedback on the attached Statement of Work addressing content refinements, deliverables, system implementation timelines, and FAA support requirements. The FAA emphasizes that this market survey does not guarantee a solicitation will be issued, does not constitute a commitment to contract, and vendor failure to respond will not exclude participation in future competitions. Any future solicitation will be announced on beta.sam.gov.
