About this file
This is a Market Research Questionnaire issued by DLA Land and Maritime for a hydraulic actuator (NSN 4810-014814004). The government is considering a fixed-price solicitation for 22 units of a specific actuator manufactured by Metrex Valve Corp. (Part Number EA2000 ASSY EA2000), with a NAICS code of 332911 and a business size threshold of 750 employees. The market survey seeks detailed information from potential suppliers about their capabilities, manufacturing processes, pricing, delivery capabilities, and commercial market status.
Key response details include a submission deadline of September 22, 2025, to Mandy Phipps-Kuhlman via email. The questionnaire covers extensive areas such as company size and status, pricing sensitivity, cost or pricing data requirements, commercial item classification, packaging capabilities, delivery timelines, and technical testing readiness. The procurement is planned under a Firm Fixed Price Contract, with the government intending to solicit only from approved sources under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This is a sources-sought notice for market research purposes, not an official solicitation, aimed at understanding potential supplier capabilities for this specific hydraulic actuator.
