About this file
This document is a Market Research questionnaire for a Dairy Long Term Contract issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support to procure Fresh Milk and Dairy Products for troops in the Montana Zone. The solicitation seeks potential vendors' interest in a contract with two potential performance periods: a 3-year maximum contract estimate of $170,509.95 (two 18-month tiers) or a 5-year maximum contract estimate of $284,183.25 (one 12-month tier and two 24-month tiers). The questionnaire requires detailed vendor responses about their capability to service all customers, manufacturing capacity, federal contracting experience, small business practices, and potential barriers to participation.
Key submission details include responding to Nicole Blake and Jennifer DeLange via email by January 12, 2026 at 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The document includes six sections of questions covering vendor interest, zone feasibility, contract length, small business goals, potential barriers, and additional company information. Vendors must provide information about their company name, CAGE code, number of employees, contact details, federal registration status (SAM.gov, DIBBS), business size, manufacturing capabilities, and willingness to subcontract. The market research aims to understand vendor perspectives and potential challenges in delivering dairy products to military troops in the Montana Zone.
