About this file
This document is a Market Research questionnaire issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for a Full Line Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (FF&V) contract in the West Virginia Zone. The solicitation aims to establish a 24-month base period contract with a potential 5-year total estimate of $12,996,804.90, supporting both Department of Defense Troops and USDA School customers. Potential vendors are requested to complete a detailed questionnaire addressing their capabilities to service all listed customers, including information about their business size, federal government experience, registration status, and ability to use electronic ordering systems like STORES and FFAVORS.
The market research seeks comprehensive information from potential contractors, including their minimum delivery requirements, current FF&V distribution capabilities, small business procurement percentages, and feasibility of servicing the entire West Virginia Zone. Interested vendors must respond by December 31, 2025 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, with responses to be emailed to Kasey McConnell-Rosinski and Paul Le. The questionnaire requires vendors to provide detailed insights into their operational capabilities, potential subcontracting needs, and technological readiness to support both military and school food service customers across the specified geographic zone.
