About this file

This document is a Market Research Questionnaire related to a federal contract opportunity for the LBNF/DUNE-US Bull Gang Services at the Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF) in Lead, South Dakota.

The questionnaire seeks information from interested vendors on their experience and capabilities to provide logistical and material transport services for the LBNF/DUNE Building and Site Infrastructure (BSI) subproject and the Far Detectors and Cryogenic Infrastructure (FDC) subproject, referred to as the "Bull Gang." The BSI Surface Bull Gang services include coordinating deliveries, unloading, short-term storage, and transport of materials to the Ross Headframe. The BSI Underground Bull Gang and the FDC Bull Gang services involve managing the flow of materials at the 4850L underground level. Vendors may express interest in one, all, or a combination of the three tasks. The information gathered will be used by the Department of Energy's Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory to structure its acquisition strategy for the Bull Gang scope. Vendors must complete the attached questionnaire, which covers their relevant experience, safety and quality plans, and financial information.
