MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research pursuant to the Federal Acquisition

Regulation Part 10. It is anticipated a single solicitation will be issued for the provision of solid waste removal services. The physical address of the FDC Houston is 1200 Texas Avenue, Houston, Texas 77002. The contract year shall consist of an Effective Date of Award base year through September 30, 2021, with four 12 month option years for renewal. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The services will be provided for the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, located at the Federal Detention Center (FDC) Houston 1200 Texas Avenue, Houston Texas

77002 and a second nearby location 15431 West Vantage Parkway, Houston, Texas 77002. The

NAICS Code is 562111. The size standard is $41.5 million. The requirement for the service is estimated as follows:

1) two pulls monthly of two 30 cubic yard closed top containers; and monthly rental

2) one pull weekly of one 30 cubic yard open top container; and monthly rental

Are these rates and requirements consistent with regulatory requirements in New York?
