MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE
Bread Requirement
Terre Haute, Indiana
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The service is for the provision of Bread Order Requirement. The Bread Order requirement will be delivered to the Federal Correctional Complex (hereinafter referred to as FCC) located in Terre Haute, Indiana. The physical address of the FCC is 4700 Bureau Road State South, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802. The contract year shall consist of a 12 months base year with one 12 month option years for renewal. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery/requirements type contract with firm fixed unit prices. The NAICS Code is 311812. The size standard is 1000 employees.
