MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE

Barbering Services Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Florence, Colorado

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The service is for the provision of Barbering services. The services will be provided at the Federal Correctional Complex (hereinafter referred to as FCC) Florence, Colorado. The physical address is 5880 State Highway 67 South, Florence, CO 81226.

The services will be performed on-site within the secure perimeter of a correctional facility. Due to the urgent and compelling need for continuity of service, a single contract award shall be made to a Contractor or firm who will be required to maintain two (2) licensed Barbers/Cosmetologists, who have completed their FBOP security background clearance requirements and security orientation training.

It is estimated that the following sessions will be needed for each year: Approximately 812 sessions for Barbering Services. The NAICS Code is 812111. The size standard is $8.0 million.
