About this file

This document is a Market Research Questionnaire for a Pre-Solicitation Federal Contract Opportunity. The U.S. Navy's Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Southeast is conducting market research to identify qualified firms to provide post-award construction support services for a $150M to $400M design-build project at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Georgia.

The key requirements include providing construction submittal reviews, record drawings, field consultation during construction, interior design services, and potential commissioning services. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience, in-house capabilities across multiple disciplines, and the ability to obtain security clearances. Responses to the detailed questionnaire are due by August 9, 2024. This is not a solicitation, but the information will be used to facilitate the Navy's decision-making process for any future procurement.
