About this file
This is a Market Research Questionnaire issued by DLA Weapons Support to identify qualified vendors for a proposed long-term contract (LTC) for National Stock Number (NSN) 4720-01-214-0999, Hose Assembly, Nonmetallic. The questionnaire must be completed and returned by June 29, 2026, to Kimberly Pozderac at kimberly.pozderac@dla.mil. Currently approved sources include Eaton Aeroquip LLC (Part Number AE706722-1) and Robertson Fuel Systems, LLC (Part Number HM020-925), with an estimated annual demand quantity of 233 units measured in each (EA).
The questionnaire solicits detailed information from potential suppliers across eight major categories: company size and business classification; interest in and preferences for the LTC structure (one-year base period with option years, up to five years total); pricing risk assessment for option years; quantity price break eligibility; cost or pricing data capabilities; commercial item status and price reasonableness documentation; production and delivery constraints; and general feedback. Respondents must indicate whether they are manufacturers or distributors, provide details on small business classifications if applicable, and demonstrate their ability to supply certified cost or pricing data or information other than cost or pricing data. For items exceeding $2,500,000 in total contract value across all years, contractors may be required to submit certified cost or pricing data. Vendors seeking approval as alternate sources must submit applications through the DLA Land and Maritime Source Approval Request (SAR) Program, providing technical data demonstrating manufacturing capability equal to or exceeding the original equipment manufacturer quality standards.
