About this file
This document provides mandatory onsite visit guidance for vendors participating in a state or local contract opportunity. The guidance outlines requirements for vendors, including allowing adequate time for security screening, following social distancing guidelines, undergoing temperature checks and health screenings, and wearing face masks and shields provided by the agency. Vendors who do not meet these requirements will not be permitted to attend the mandatory onsite visit. The agency will allow one opportunity for vendors denied access to reschedule the visit within the next 2 business days with a different representative. The bid due date and time may be adjusted, and vendors are instructed to monitor the procurement platform for updates.
The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information related to the contract opportunity. The focus is solely on the mandatory onsite visit requirements and procedures.

MANDATORY ONSITE VISIT GUIDANCE FOR VENDORS:
1. Vendors must allow adequate time prior to the conference to allow for proper screening of all people coming onto the property.
2. All vendors must follow social distancing guidelines-- Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people and do not gather in groups
3. All vendors will be required to get their temperature taken at the check point, as designated by each Center.
Center Checkpoint is : West Parking Lot Administration Building. Vendors with a temperature more than 100.0 degrees will not be admitted.
4. All Vendors will be asked a series of questions about their health. If the vendor displays any symptoms on the checklist, the vendor will not be allowed entry to the Center.
5. All vendors must wear a face mask (KN95) and a face shield, which will be furnished to them upon arrival. Vendors may choose to wear their own mask or face shield. If vendors opt to bring their own, the mask must cover their nose and mouth and fit under their chin; the shield must cover the nose down to the chin. Vendor must wear the face mask and shield while on Center's grounds. Face shields provided by the Center are required to be returned to the checkpoint upon leaving the Center.
In the event vendor is denied access due to any of the above reasons, IDHS will allow vendor one opportunity to reschedule the mandatory conference in the next 2 business days with a different representative. This alternate date will only be made available to vendors who were present at the first vendor conference but not permitted to participate by IDHS.
