About this file
This document provides mandatory onsite visit guidance for vendors interested in the IFB for a 2020 End Loader procurement issued by the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS). The guidance outlines requirements for vendors, including allowing time for screening, following social distancing guidelines, undergoing temperature checks, answering health-related questions, and wearing face masks and shields. Vendors denied access due to these requirements will be given one opportunity to reschedule the mandatory conference within the next 2 business days with a different representative.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for the procurement of an End Loader by IDHS. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB), and vendors must submit their responses electronically per CPO Notice 2020.06, as paper responses will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price.
