About this file

This is a Mandatory Bid Response Form for the Massachusetts Division of Fisheries & Wildlife (MassWildlife) Salt Marsh Restoration Project Final Design and Permitting. The project encompasses 3,278 acres of salt marsh restoration within Great Marsh, requiring bidders to complete final design and permitting services. Bidders must submit their responses using this form, which is available in the COMMBUYS system. The form requires bidders to provide company information, including the bidder's name, mailing address, contact person details, phone number, and email address.

Bidders must submit a bid amount for the minimum requirement of 3,278 acres. The form includes an optional supplemental unit pricing section that allows bidders to propose a per-acre rate should additional funding become available for project expansion beyond the initial acreage. MassWildlife reserves the right to award either the base contract at the minimum acreage or any combination of the base bid and supplemental options. Only costs expressly defined and approved within the cost proposal and awarded contract are reimbursable; additional fees or expenses require prior written authorization from the MassWildlife Chief Financial Officer and a formal contract amendment. MassWildlife provides no guarantee that additional funding or expanded acreage will be authorized.
